    Trocla has a pleasant, clean taste that enhances the red fruit with hints of blackberry and currant, all enriched by a slight nuance of Tabasco and vanilla. It has a strong aroma with a harmonious and balanced slightly tannic aroma.

Their vineyards are managed with integrated methods that include natural phytosanitary products and environmentally-friendly fertilization. Traditional winemaking methods are used in the cellar, focusing on enhancing the organoleptic characteristics of the grapes.
