The Veneziana Grano Franto is handcrafted in Giotto's Pastry Shop in Padua prison with 100% Made in Italy ingredients.
Its beauty lies in the spontaneity of the ingredients: low pressure ground wheat and a shower of sunflower seeds.
For this focaccia we have selected a crushed grain according to the ancient stone grinding techniques. Naturally leavened and handmade according to artisanal methods.
Ingredients: type "00" soft wheat flour, butter, sugar, 8% whole wheat flour, "0" soft wheat flour, malted soft wheat flour, fresh pasteurized egg yolk, honey, sunflower seeds , dried wheat mother yeast, emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, dextrose, whole milk powder, salt, flavorings, brewer's yeast.
The product contains gluten, eggs, milk and is made in a laboratory where sesame, mustard, soy, nuts, sulphites and peanuts are processed.
Store the product in a cool dry place at a temperature not exceeding 24 ° C, away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
For the packaging of this cake we have selected FSC® certified recycled cardboard and Shiro Echo ecological and biodegradable paper made with 100% recycled fibers. The goal is to reduce the use of cellulose from trees.
