What form of payment can I use to make the purchase?
You have the possibility to choose between the following payment methods: credit card (Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Diners, PostePay, CartaSì), bank transfer and PayPal.
After selecting one of the available methods, it will be sent back to a totally secure payment area of our banking partners.
At this point, you will be asked to enter your data to make the payment.
When should I make the bank transfer?
Please make the transfer within 48 hours after placing your order. You will receive all the details to arrange the payment via email in the order confirmation.
Why was my credit card declined?
The credit card can be rejected for one of the following reasons:
- the card may have expired. Check the expiration date and verify that your credit card is valid.
- the card's spending limit may have been reached. Check with the bank that the limit for the amount allowed to make purchases has not been exceeded.
- it is possible that the data entered is incorrect. Verify that all the data entered in the required fields are correct.
- it is possible that the card is not enabled for online purchases, in this case contact the reference bank for the possible enabling of the MasterCard SecureCode or Verified by Visa services.

Can I have the receipt made out to my company?
Yes, if you need to receive an invoice, write an e-mail to our customer service containing all the company data (including VAT number and tax code) and we will be happy to provide you with the necessary assistance.
