Su Per Terra is a tiny yet impactful agricultural project born from the desire to practice a form of farming that’s permanent, sustainable, and deeply respectful of natural ecosystems. Rejecting intensive and industrial models, this farm grows heirloom and native fruit and vegetable varieties in open fields, later transformed into natural preserves and jams — with no preservatives, colorants, or synthetic additives.
Every aspect of the farm is in symbiotic balance: natural mulching and drip irrigation minimize water waste, while wild vegetation and synergistic plant combinations help prevent pests and disease naturally. Soil fertility is preserved with ethical manure and green manure practices, supported by seasonal rhythms and the help of grazing animals.
Su Per Terra is more than a farm — it’s a living experiment in sustainability, biodiversity, and community-driven food systems. A model of agriculture that nourishes people, land, and future generations.
