The Italianavera fresh basil pasta sauce is a natural sauce prepared with the best Italian tomatoes, high quality extra virgin olive oil (EVO) and lots of freshly picked basil.

It has a delicate but characterful taste and lends itself to excellent first courses, but also as a base for seasoning meats and bruschetta. It is very digestible and also suitable for small children.

We bottle it in glass to ensure its freshness for a long time. Its scent evokes the smells of the past, when in the kitchen our mother prepared the sauce with love for the whole family.

Method of preparation

you can prepare this sauce in a pan or in a pot. To enjoy it at its best, heat the container in a bain marie or in the microwave for a few seconds and use it to season the freshly drained pasta, perhaps adding a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, cheese and a little imagination. For 3-4 people it is recommended to use the entire jar.
