The 80/20 gold blend is perhaps the most classic of Italian blends, composed of high-quality Arabica coffee and just the right amount of Robusta coffee, to enjoy the body and the typical velvety crema that these beans bring to the cup.
For this evaluation, the coffee was tasted as an espresso at 92°C, with an extraction of 25 ml in 26 seconds. The average degassing of the coffee occurred in 60 hours. The coffee exhibits excellent body and well-balanced sensations. Notes of biscuit and vanilla, and in some cases, light cocoa, emerge on the nose. A truly well-balanced blend. All the coffees in the blend are grown in the shade alongside banana and pepper trees.
