Clemente Inaudi, son of Michele, expanded the business to include the processing and preservation of mushrooms in oil at the end of the 1960s. The company moved to Borgo San Dalmazzo in the 1970s, focusing on mushrooms and truffles, prioritizing quality and craftsmanship in their products, ensuring genuineness and authenticity.
