List of products by brand Grano Puro

We are a small farming business that cultivates, processes, and produces food with respect for the land and people. From our fields, we harvest ancient grains, stone-ground in our own mill, to create artisanal pasta and other wholesome products.

We farm without pesticides or chemicals, oversee the entire production chain, and work in small batches to ensure quality, sustainability, and fair pricing for everyone.

Grano Puro is a project by Rucasa1130, a small farming venture born from a simple, radical dream: to grow and transform food with our own hands, respecting the land, people, and time.

On our 2 hectares, we cultivate vineyards, olive trees, vegetables, and ancient grains, which we stone-mill in our own mill to bake bread and produce artisanal pasta.

For over twenty years, we’ve worked in solidarity networks with GAS groups, conscious consumers, and peasant farming communities, sharing an approach that is ethical, social, and ecological.

The Pasta Project

It all began as an experiment: turmeric and quinoa pasta, made in a small family-run pasta factory, grinding Bolivian quinoa by hand.

From there, a long journey of unconventional choices, field trials, mills sought and found—and most importantly: wheat grown without pesticides, chemical fertilizers, or mold inhibitors.

Today, we cultivate 5 hectares of Senatore Cappelli wheat and produce artisanal pasta in small batches, overseeing every step of the supply chain to ensure quality, fair pricing, and accessibility for all.

Our Commitment

We produce pasta because we believe food can be a political act—an expression of care for the earth and for people.

We’ve never chased profit: on every kilo of pasta, we earn about one euro, but every decision reflects our vision of a solidarity-based, sustainable economy.
