Rising within a WWF Nature Reserve, Tenuta Gorghi Tondi lives in a unique condition, which cannot be separated from respect for nature and its balance.
Through a complex and virtuous path, the company has managed to obtain grapes of certified quality, banning synthetic chemicals and genetically modified organisms, in line with the requirements of the strictest organic farming standards, as the only way to recover authentic flavors. Taking care of the land in these places and producing wines that are its faithful image are synonymous with respect. In our vineyards, conducted under a certified organic regime, we do not use synthetic chemicals and emergency irrigation is carried out only if necessary, to keep the authentic aromas and flavors of this wonderful corner of Sicily unaltered. The green attitude is an essential component of work within a Nature Reserve, an attitude that translates into the protection of flora and fauna, low corporate impact, eco-sustainability, maximum control and care of all operations in vineyard and cellar
