Midor is the "family wine", whose name comes from the union of Michele Sala and Doretta Tumbarello, parents of Annamaria and Clara. Tasty and floral, fragrant and fresh, this pure Catarratto fully expresses the characteristics of one of the symbolic grape varieties of Sicily. Its aromas are reminiscent of the sea and the breath of the wind, the story of an entire earth enclosed in the brightness of a single glass.

Through a complex and virtuous path, the company has managed to obtain grapes of certified quality, banning synthetic chemicals and genetically modified organisms, in line with the requirements of the strictest organic farming standards, as the only way to recover authentic flavors. Taking care of the land in these places and producing wines that are its faithful image are synonymous with respect. In our vineyards, conducted under a certified organic regime, we do not use synthetic chemicals and emergency irrigation is carried out only if necessary, to keep the authentic aromas and flavors of this wonderful corner of Sicily unaltered.
