Palmarès, a term of Latin origin which, with the meaning of "worthy of victory", indicates the excellence of this sparkling wine, yet another expression of that treasure which is the most typical white berried grape of the area grown in a vineyard that it combines, on the one hand, the peculiarities of a terroir like that of the WWF Nature Reserve from which the company takes its name, and on the other, the influence of the sea and its iodized breezes.

Rising within a WWF Nature Reserve, Tenuta Gorghi Tondi lives in a unique condition, which cannot be separated from respect for nature and its balance.
Through a complex and virtuous path, the company has managed to obtain grapes of certified quality, banning synthetic chemicals and genetically modified organisms, in line with the requirements of the strictest organic farming standards, as the only way to recover authentic flavors. Taking care of the land in these places and producing wines that are its faithful image are synonymous with respect. In our vineyards, conducted under a certified organic regime, we do not use synthetic chemicals and emergency irrigation is carried out only if necessary, to keep the authentic aromas and flavors of this wonderful corner of Sicily unaltered.
