Rajàh is the "Prince" of the realms of the East and with this name Gorghi Tondi keeps alive the memory of the Arab domination in Sicily which, even today, is present in the culture of the island and, in particular, in the city of Mazara del Vallo, with its Sicilian-Tunisian duality. The dry Zibibbo, with its intoxicating hints of jasmine and orange blossom, is a clear inheritance, a symbol of a glorious past that is revealed in the glass, regal as the name it bears and unique for its pleasant taste and intensity of the bouquet.

Tasting notes: straw yellow with greenish reflections. Rich and fragrant, aromatic with notes of citrus (cedar, bergamot) and orange blossom. Aromatic, enveloping, fresh, very persistent with a mineral finish.
Pairing: perfect with savory cheeses, roasted fish, especially shrimps and lobsters, with spicy and savory dishes and foie gras pate. Serve at 8-10 ° C

In our vineyards, conducted under a certified organic regime, we do not use synthetic chemicals and emergency irrigation is carried out only if necessary, to keep the authentic aromas and flavors of this wonderful corner of Sicily unaltered.
