Kheirè is a word of Greek origin which means "Welcome". It is a tribute by Gorghi Tondi to the millennial history of Sicily and to the time when the island was an integral part of the glorious Magna Graecia. Kheirè is a white made from Grillo grapes, an ideal witness to a past with Greek origins also for the proverbial Sicilian hospitality, being the island crossroads of great peoples and different cultures.

Tasting notes: straw yellow with greenish reflections. Intense and persistent, with notes of almond blossom and sea breeze, delicate and fresh citrus notes. Harmonious and of rare pleasantness, with its mineral attack and its slightly salty finish
Pairing: ideal with fish dishes, including smoked ones, excellent with vegetable dishes. Serve at 10 ° C.

Rising within a WWF Nature Reserve, Tenuta Gorghi Tondi lives in a unique condition, which cannot be separated from respect for nature and its balance.
Through a complex and virtuous path, the company has managed to obtain grapes of certified quality, banning synthetic chemicals and genetically modified organisms, in line with the requirements of the strictest organic farming standards, as the only way to recover authentic flavors. Taking care of the land in these places and producing wines that are its faithful image are synonymous with respect. In our vineyards, conducted under a certified organic regime, we do not use synthetic chemicals and emergency irrigation is carried out only if necessary, to keep the authentic aromas and flavors of this wonderful corner of Sicily unaltered.
