The first Gassosa Bona was born in Sicily in the early 1940s, thanks to the initiative of Vincenzo Bona, a dynamic and enterprising man always ready to invest in new business activities. At a time when economic recovery and the desire to rebuild were growing exponentially, the production of Gassosa expanded to include other products closely linked to the territory, such as Aranciata, Passito Soda, and Limonata. These products were initially distributed locally and provincially and soon extended to the rest of the Sicilian provinces. Year after year, as the market was consolidated, in 1947, SBEG Bona (Sicilian Carbonated Beverages) was founded. In a very short time, it established itself as a leading company in the Sicilian market, including the islands, in the production of soft drinks. Bona operates with a high quality standard, monitoring all stages of raw material procurement and production processes, ensuring the absolute quality and safety of its Sicilian beverages over time.
