Today, Sicily, the beating heart of the company, continues to be the source of raw materials, with a short supply chain and zero kilometers. CITRUS FRUITS
Through collaboration with the Citrus Production District and the main consortia for protection (such as Red Orange of Sicily PGI, Syracuse Lemon PGI, Ribera Orange PDO), an entire line of carbonated beverages with organic PGI and PDO citrus juices has been created. The citrus fruits are processed on the same day they are harvested. They are washed and then squeezed. The juice is concentrated and frozen. In the process, essential oils are recovered to be reused in the preparation of the beverages, enhancing their flavor and aroma.

A resource that originates from the highest volcano in Europe. The water used for our beverages originates on Mount Etna. Rich in minerals and with a strong character, it imparts a unique and unparalleled taste to our beverages. Mount Etna is the highest mountain on the island and the most active volcano in Europe. Since June 2013, it has been classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
