The red Vivitis BIO without added sulphites is the result of the will of Tenuta Gorghi Tondi to interpret the prince of Sicilian wines in a different, fresh and natural way, through a strictly organic production method - in full respect of the Reserve in which the Estate falls. - without adding sulfur dioxide during the production phases.

Serve at 16-18 ° C.

Rising within a WWF Nature Reserve, Tenuta Gorghi Tondi lives in a unique condition, which cannot be separated from respect for nature and its balance.
Through a complex and virtuous path, the company has managed to obtain grapes of certified quality, banning synthetic chemicals and genetically modified organisms, in line with the requirements of the strictest organic farming standards, as the only way to recover authentic flavors. Taking care of the land in these places and producing wines that are its faithful image are synonymous with respect. In our vineyards, conducted under a certified organic regime, we do not use synthetic chemicals and emergency irrigation is carried out only if necessary, to keep the authentic aromas and flavors of this wonderful corner of Sicily unaltered.
