The company called TENUTA PIETRAMORA di COLLE FAGIANO, of ha. 53, is located at 300 m above sea level and located in a context of rare beauty, landscape depth and microclimate particularly suitable for making full-bodied wines, as well as fragrant, in the heart of the Maremma. Located in Colle Fagiano, Polveraia in the Municipality of Scansano, in the province of Grosseto, between the historic sites of Montorgiali and Montepò, it can be reached along a very panoramic link road with gashes towards medieval sites.

The estate started in 1999 by replanting the 4 hectares of pre-existing vineyards and planting new ones until reaching a vineyard area equal to 11 hectares of San Giovese grapes with the aim of increasing quality production.

The soil, of the galestro type, has an average calcareous composition, low in organic substances and poor in clay, and is particularly suited to the Sangiovese vine, to which most of the company's wine production is dedicated, which also includes a small share vines with merlot.

The scenery extends over hills planted with vines ventilated by winds from the sea and mountains, protected by natural holm oak hedges, contributing to the creation of a microclimate particularly suitable for the development of vines, grown in line with organic criteria, towards which the company is orienting itself.
