Bronze extrusion results in a pasta with a rougher texture that holds the sauce more effectively. The extended drying process, approximately 8 hours at a low temperature of around 50°C, preserves the organoleptic properties of the pasta, yielding a product with exceptional taste and aroma.
Usage Tips:
Cook the pasta in boiling water for a few minutes and season to taste.
