Perciasacchi Variety Organic Ditalini Pasta, made from durum wheat semolina, is bronze-drawn and slowly dried at low temperatures.
The bronze drawing process imparts a rougher surface to the pasta, allowing it to better hold onto the sauce. Thanks to the extended drying period of approximately 8 hours at a low temperature of around 50°C, the organoleptic properties of the pasta remain unchanged, resulting in an exceptional taste and aroma.
Usage Tips: Cook the pasta in boiling water for a few minutes and season to taste.
