    Ermmà Farm is a small family-owned business nestled in the heart of Cilento, within the Cilento, Vallo di Diano and Alburni National Park. The farm produces extra virgin olive oil, wines, and other typical local products, all 100% made in Italy using high-quality raw materials. The company was established in 1939 when Grandfather Aniello purchased a property called Principio, located in Mandia di Ascea. Since then, the business has been passed down through generations, always adhering to the values of tradition and authenticity. Ermmà's extra virgin olive oil is made from hand-picked olives from the farm's fields. The oil is cold-pressed, a process that best preserves its organoleptic properties. Ermmà oil is known for its intense and fruity flavor, with an almond aftertaste. The wines are all organic and DOP certified. Our Locus Amoenus and Melissa wines, and the extra virgin olive oil, are born from an uncontaminated territory, rich in history and culture. In addition to oil and wine, Ermmà also produces other typical Cilento products, such as Mandia beans, cherry tomatoes in sauce, tuna fillets, and anchovies.
