Today, thanks to the work and dedication of Nonno Mauro and Nonna Ersilia, the children, while exercising other professions, are happy and proud to carry on and improve what their parents have with love and passion transmitted to them. The future will see in the grandchildren, already active today, the passing of the baton. Vino Locus Amoenus

The name Aglianico originates from Elea (Elaia), a city and the cradle of philosophical wisdom in the 6th century BC. It's from the pristine lands of Parmenides that the wine Locus Amoenus is born, a robust and fiery red, as well as full-bodied and genuine. The inspirations it radiates are found in both form and substance in this part of Cilento, caressed by a natural microclimate, opening its gentle hills towards an endless azure sea and protected by its mild peaks. A proud offspring of Magna Graecia, being and becoming, it embraces the 'panta rhei' of the forefathers, flowing intensely and fruitfully onto our thirsty palates.
