The pasta is born from a slow drying at low temperatures, followed by a bronze drawing that makes it porous and rough. This is the ideal prerequisite for making large dishes, with an inviting appearance and surprising taste. Without forgetting that it is a healthy food, rich in good nutritional properties.

Brown rice is rich in good nutrients such as starches, vitamins B and E, proteins and minerals (calcium, iron, phosphorus, magnesium, manganese, potassium, copper, silicon and sodium). Pasta with brown rice flour is also available organically, which preserves all these splendid qualities and does not involve any health risk, given that the cultivation of rice does not involve the use of pesticides: the integral "part" of our grain does not retain any harmful substance. For this reason we use organic flours mainly from our farm: we want to offer only good, healthy and safe products.
