The basic recipe remains the same: quality over quantity. To create this traceable Specialty blend, we carefully selected just three distinct Specialty Arabica coffees, along with a surprising batch of Fresh Robusta. These exceptionally unique coffees bring sweet and mysterious flavors to your cup.

The limited edition Halloween coffee blend, "Dolcetto o Scherzetto," is available only during this time of year. For its preparation, we've used these coffee selections:

The Caffèlab project was born as a collective, a group of people with different skills, different past and present but the same passion: quality coffee.

The world of coffee is changing. In recent years we have been witnessing a strong cultural evolution of coffee. Some consumers are beginning to realize that this product can be a universe of varieties and aromas and that a conscious taste can give us extraordinary sensations.

We wanted to make our blends through experimentation, because looking for quality does not mean fossilizing on a taste, but going in search of it. We have also started to use different extraction methods, because coffee is not just about espresso. Finally, we understood that roasting can totally change the taste of a coffee and that you can also experiment by roasting your own coffee, at home, at different levels, with different profiles.

This is why we have created Caffèlab: to allow you to create your own personalized coffee blend, through our configurator, making available the best single origins and professional equipment.

Caffèlab was born as a collective, a group of individuals with diverse skills, backgrounds, and experiences but a shared passion: high-quality coffee. At the core of the project lies the experimentation with new coffee blends using innovative extraction and roasting methods, aiming to achieve a unique and ever-evolving taste.

Women in Coffe

Caffèlab is among the founding companies of Women in Coffee Italy, an Italian association recognized by the International Women in Coffee Alliance (IWCA).

They promote and encourage the development of the international community of women working in the coffee market.

The goal is to empower and uplift them, highlighting their role as entrepreneurs, to enhance their lives and that of the entire community.

Thanks to the contribution of a team of industry experts, Caffèlab offers the finest coffee qualities: from traditional Italian blends to Specialty Coffee, organic and certified, including coffee pods, capsules, and even green coffee.

Single-Origin and Specialty Coffee

A rich selection of single-origin coffees, sourced from a single country of origin, ranging from Nepalese farm coffees to legendary Jamaica Blue Mountain and Ethiopia Sidamo.

Coffee Blends

Coffee blends draw inspiration from the classic tradition symbolized by Italian espresso. The selection spans from classic espresso bar blends to the intense coffees of Neapolitan tradition and the fragrant 100% Arabica, traceable and certified.

Organic Coffee

Organic certification begins with coffee grown without the use of chemical fertilizers, additives, and pesticides. All harvesting and processing practices must be recognized as organic by an international body, ensuring consumers of the ethical and genuine production of the product.

Green Coffee

Green coffee is unroasted coffee. The green color of the beans belongs to coffee that has not yet been roasted.
