This blend with a strong and vigorous character, combines the body of Brazilian Arabica, the sweetness of Central American Arabica and the creaminess of Indian Robusta. All the coffees that make it up are certified organic.
For this evaluation, the coffee was tasted in espresso at 91 ° (so as not to enhance bitterness and roughness), according to an extraction of 25 ml in 23 seconds.
In the cup there is a cream of a dark-brown hazelnut. On the nose, notes of wood and cocoa are perceived. This coffee greatly enhances the body and bitterness, contrasted by a pleasant sweetness.
