Brazilian coffees stand out for their natural roundness, giving an extremely clean cup that binds to any other origin without overpowering the taste. For this reason, it is frequently used as a base for mixtures. Of course it is impossible to speak of "classic Brazilian coffee" as this nation is as exterminated as a continent.
In our case we offer a coffee from Alta Mogiana, a product with an intense body with acidity and a nice medium sweetness, the classic Brasil. This coffee was tasted, for this evaluation, extracted in espresso at 93 °, with an extraction of 25 ml in 25 seconds. The degassing of the coffee took 48 hours (with this bean size). The cream is marked hazelnut, with slight reddish hues. On the nose we find clear sensations of toast and biscuit, in some cases of cocoa biscuit. To the taste, the coffee has a medium body and a very pleasant sweetness, harmonized by a slight bitter sensation and a very soft acidity. A perfect coffee for espresso or mocha.

We have also started to use different extraction methods, because coffee is not just about espresso. Finally, we understood that roasting can totally change the taste of a coffee and that you can also experiment by roasting your own coffee, at home, at different levels, with different profiles.

Single-Origin and Specialty Coffee
A rich selection of single-origin coffees, sourced from a single country of origin, ranging from Nepalese farm coffees to legendary Jamaica Blue Mountain and Ethiopia Sidamo.
Coffee blends draw inspiration from the classic tradition symbolized by Italian espresso. The selection spans from classic espresso bar blends to the intense coffees of Neapolitan tradition and the fragrant 100% Arabica, traceable and certified.
Organic certification begins with coffee grown without the use of chemical fertilizers, additives, and pesticides. All harvesting and processing practices must be recognized as organic by an international body, ensuring consumers of the ethical and genuine production of the product.
Green coffee is unroasted coffee. The green color of the beans belongs to coffee that has not yet been roasted.
